Welcome to the Health and Fitness Community. This is a very lax, lightly-regulated community where almost anything health & fitness related can be posted. The main intention of this community is to share tried & true recipes as well as general health and fitness tips. Most of the recipes I will post will be vegetarian, but this community is open to ALL. The main guideline I have is that you must TRY the recipe and know it tastes good (at least in your opinion) before you post it. A lot of recipes I find end up tasting horrible after I spend $30 on the stuff to make them. I'm sure I'm not the only one that happens to, so we now have this little community. :)
