IM A SWIMMER AND LOVING IT

i wa sseriously fat when i started swimming then 33 yeah later im skinny aboutevery month i swim i loose weight just eat healthy and swim that is what i do i have a toned body and a nice mental stae and im loving it! so advice of the day SWIM a couple laps 7,000 meters will do the trick about every other day or every day !
